I'll start by gushing over how pretty he is, as I usually do with doll photos. I love his clothes, his lips, the shape of his eye, the color of his eye, etc... The blue of his eye is striking but not annoyingly so, and it somewhat matches the background. The way his gaze is directed up at the camera instead of straight ahead is good as well. I also like the fact that he's off to the right of the picture instead of in the middle.

However, I suggest that you fix his wig--the stray strands of hair, especially around the eye, detract from the picture in general. Stray hair isn't an enormous issue, but to many people it could become a distraction (not to mention that quite a few doll owners have stray hair as a pet peeve). The overall style of his hair is nice, though. Because of this, you may want to show his full wig in your subsequent photos.

Look at the left side of the face (his right cheek). Do you see the area outlined in red? It's probably caused by glare or photoshop or lighting, but because I never take picture of dolls or even people, I can't exactly tell what caused it to appear. In essence, the face should look softer, if that makes any sense. You could use Levels, Brightness/Contrast, or some other adjustment to fix it. Remember to keep in mind that you shouldn't over-photoshop something, an offense that I am guilty of in some of my own works.

I've never used this critique system before (the 1-5 star rating tripped me up the most because I'm lame), and I've probably failed at my first attempt, but I hope something here helped. Much love to you, Brit~
